SUMMARY:
We are looking for senior server-side and HTML developers to enhance and further develop our web-based CMS, metrics, analytics, & lead-capture systems. These systems enable our interactive software to present dynamically updated content as well as capture sales leads and detailed usage information at events, allowing our clients to quickly follow up with potential customers and also analyze and enhance the effectiveness of their interactive exhibits. This is a full-time position working on-site in our office in Los Angeles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help optimize and enhance our existing PHP & ASP.NET frameworks
• Add user-defined data customization to our existing server functionality
• Help extend and improve our web-based client-facing interfaces
• Integrate additional functionality, such as location data and CRM features
• Implement support for data capture devices such as RFID badge scanners

REQUIREMENTS:
• Expert knowledge of PHP and/or ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including AJAX and jQuery)
• Up-to-date knowledge of OOP and non-redundant coding methodologies
• Experience programming with relational databases
• Familiarity with ADO.NET and WCF
• Experience configuring and managing local server setups, notably Apache/MySQL/PHP setups on Windows, Mac, Linux and/or IIS & ASP.NET on Windows Server
• Experience managing remote, dedicated, web servers (Windows and/or Linux)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members of varied backgrounds
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Must be reliable, flexible and punctual


DESIRED SKILLS AND PLUSES:
• Experience with CMS systems
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience with POS systems, including jPOS or OPOS
• Experience with Flex MXML and ActionScript programming a plus
• Experience with Windows application programming using C# & WPF a plus
