Looking to hire an Account Executive or Account Supervisor for our Digital & Gaming division. Candidates must be resourceful, energetic, self-starters who require little supervision, who are extremely organized and detail oriented, and adept at being the face of our company to an elite client roster. Must be willing to walk that extra mile!

We are looking for an exceptional supervisor to manage some of the largest and most prestigious Digital & Gaming brands in the country. If you have recent and extensive media relations experience with both digital and business press; are a self-motivated manager who can energize, lead and supervise a team efficiently and effectively; are proactive and a forward thinker who can plan on behalf of clients and agency; and have experience working with C-suite executives, then please apply.

Responsibilities

- Managing multiple accounts, as well as 3 to 5 people on your team

- Pitching national and regional print, online, broadcast and trade media contacts including national

television (we may request media references)

- Acting as the strategic account lead and interfacing and working directly with clients on a daily basis, including C-level executives

- Working with the CEO and Executive Vice President on multiple accounts; developing strategies, and annual and routine plans on behalf of clients

- Thinking and planning strategically, including “big ideas” in brand strategy and PR plans

- Extensive writing and editing

- Reporting and utilizing and developing metrics

- Planning and executing events (while overseeing budget)

- Innovative thinking and monitoring news, constantly looking to generate new ideas for our clients and the agency

- Computer skills to create Power Point presentations, charts and graphs for internal and external communication

- Strong oral and written communications skills as well as strong analytical skills


Requirements

- College degree in journalism, communications, or marketing, ideally in relevant fields such as Journalism or Communications

- 3-6 years of Public Relations experience, (please do not submit resume if looking to transition to PR world from another field, we absolutely need our candidates to have a track-record in PR)

- Media relations experience with lifestyle and media brands is preferred, but substantial experience with large digital and gaming brands/campaigns is a must

- Must be an avid gamer, familiar with all gaming systems and platforms, extensive knowledge of the gaming industry including media, publishers and developers

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills (writing samples required)

- Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple priorities

- Healthy knowledge of social media platforms and how to integrate that knowledge into PR programs
