Game Circus is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative and growth-oriented self-starter looking for an entry-level opportunity to break into the game industry. Our CSR will be the portal we rely upon to ensure our customers and fans are being taken care of in the most efficient and friendly manner possible. This role can expand depending upon initiative and interest, and allows for a great deal of possible career growth. You will be working within the production team and will have access to all projects in the pipe, and the information you gather will help guide development throughout.
First point of contact with the public for technical issues and refund requests.
Work closely with production to identify concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
Directly communicate with customers and track support issues.
Provide status updates on all manner of support concerns.
Maintain familiarity with our existing iOS, Android and Amazon apps.
Log and track support issues.
Assist with other production duties as needed.
Passionate about video games.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Working knowledge with Mac OS, iPhone and Android.
Self-motivated team player.
Interest in game industry trends.
Comfortable familiarity working with spreadsheet programs and database tracking software.
Previous customer support experience in any field a plus.
Tech-savvy, especially in the field of mobile gaming.
Positivity, enthusiasm and knowing when to stay focused is a huge plus!
