Senior Graphics Programmer ? Bungie Project - Vancouver
Activision's Central Technology group is looking for a senior graphics programmer who will be responsible for developing current and next gen features for a new AAA game franchise being developed at Bungie and published by Activision.The role will report to the Technical Director and will be based in Vancouver, BC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Research and implement new graphics technology and tools.
? Implement cpu and gpu optimizations for existing rendering features.
? Analyze and profile rendering/shader code.
? Work on next gen graphics features.
? Analyze, refactor and improve existing graphics/engine technology.

Position Qualifications:

Educational and Technical Requirements:

? Degree in Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
Special Knowledge, Skills:
? Strong C++ programming skills required
? Strong understanding of software design techniques required
? Expert debugging skills required
? Strong knowledge of performance/memory constraints of game development required
? Demonstrates expertise in algorithm development and problem solving
? Experience with DirectX, OpenGL, or equivalent
? Strong understanding of low level CPUs/GPUs operations
? Multiprocessor asynchronous development experience
? Strong 3D math skills (trigonometry, calculus and linear algebra)
? Good knowledge in rendering tech including (lighting, shadows, skinning, sfx, etc)
? PS3, XBOX360, PC experience required

Prior Experience/Previous Positions related to current position:
? 3 to 5 years of related experience required
? Experience with PS3/Xbox360 development required
? Experience with other platforms preferred
