EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, THIRD PARTY

Trion is looking for a passionate and visionary Executive Producer to launch and manage the first titles on our Red Door online platform, Warface by Crytek and ArcheAge by XLGAMES. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the games to market and then spearheading each live game as a service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle day-to-day operations on behalf of Trion with each partner
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with our partners
• Establish and grow executive-level relationships within Trion
• Maintain an atmosphere of accountability with each partner and within Trion
• Partner with key groups within Trion, including localization, monetization, platform, ops, customer service, publishing, etc., to maximize product success
• Manage and mentor an internal Trion production team to best insure product success
• Manage production at both a strategic and tactical level
• Launch the games on time at a high level of quality
• Drive the live business of each game to high levels of profitability
• Study appropriate genres, competition, and available talent to have insight into future scenarios
• Through review and analysis, modify games on a constant basis to meet consumer demand and franchise plan goals
• Communicate with and direct all internal and external partners to meet project deliverables and deadlines
• Perform regular due diligence and milestone reviews and guide the team in taking necessary action in all areas of production to ensure the integrity of each game
• Be a primary check on the quality of each game
• Generate and maintain budgets based on project schedules and goals

REQUIREMENTS
• The ability to develop, communicate, and get buy-in on a strong product and business vision
• Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis
• Sensitive to and ability to manage around cultural differences
• Proven leadership skills to lead external teams to execute on product development
• Mature problem-solving skills to make recommendations and decisions that have a positive impact on the game development cycle and live service
• 8-10 years of game development experience
• 5+ years of game management experience with exceptional on-time and profitability history
• Credit on two or more shipped high profile games in the role of Executive Producer or better
• Must have a mastery of all aspects of game production
• Excellent listening and communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate team and project goals in a clear, concise manner internally and externally
• Capable of identifying risks and taking appropriate steps to resolve difficulties including changes to work methods, technologies, and project schedules
• Ability to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, appraising, evaluating, and solving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative, or technical nature
