KingsIsle Entertainment is currently looking for a Software Engineer to work on an exciting new family-focused AAA MMO video game. We are the creators of the popular and critically acclaimed Wizard101 and Pirate101, which together have garnered over 35 Million registered players to date, and are two of the fastest growing websites in the U.S. This is an opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing and highly successful entertainment company.

Responsibilities
-Create, test, debug and maintain game and tool code
-Collaborate with other programmers, designers and artists
-Assist with localization efforts

Requirements
-Verifiable proficiency with C++, Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns
-Ability to work individually and with a diverse, experienced team of developers in a creative and fast paced environment
-Bachelor of Science degree
-3+ years of relevant experience
-Good communication skills
-Ability to contribute to and work within schedules that are assigned

Preferences
-Massively Multiplayer Online experience
-Previous localization experience
-Experience with Real-time and Multi-threaded environments
-Network Programming
-Knowledge of Linux, Windows, GCC, Dev Studio, SQL and XML
