His/her main responsibilities will be:
Creating the product vision and being in charge of its implementation ensuring that it is engaging, viral and highly monetizable.
Lead teams of around 10-20 people including developers, artists, game designers and project managers.
Constantly optimizing the game post launch for even more virality,engagement and monetization.
Prioritizing tasks, managing the roadmap and ensuring implementation.
Deciding on milestones and communicating them within the team.
Defining, measuring and analyzing KPIs of the game and basing decisions regarding future developments on metrics.
Creating wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
Conducting and analyzing usability tests. Prioritizing design solutions.
Prioritizing and planning features/bug-fixes/enhancements on a weekly basis.
Performing A/B tests and deriving and prioritizing changes and actions.
Overseing the implementation of features and work closely with the engineers.
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or similar.
+4 year experience with metrics-driven decision making. Good logical and analytical capabilities.
+4 year previous experience in product management and business analysis.
Previous experience with project management.
Previous experience in gaming, social media, or consumer Internet sectors is a plus.
Understanding of micro-transaction business models.
Excellent written and oral skills in English.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to communicate clearly and straight to the point.
Be able to work under tight deadlines.
Proactivity to take over tasks and get things done.
Strong passion for social gaming and social networks.
