Job Descriptiontop
Scaevitas is searching for a cross-platform software engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Game Development and Management to lead our team through the development stages of our game within the budget over the course of eight to ten months. A large portion of the positions duties are team management, assigning roles to various programmers, making general development-related decisions, building the programming team using knowledge of required positions, and overseeing implementation of graphics, programming, sound, and design. This position acts as a middle ground between design and development.
We take pride to how our staff communicates, both to each other, and to our audience through our products, and we are only inclined to hire someone who has pleasant communication skills. While we are new to the gaming industry, our professionals know what it takes to make a great team, and we do not take team-building lightly.
Aside from internal communications, we have a desire to make amazing games. This position must take initiative to see a beautifully developed finished product.
