We are looking for a passionate, talented, and hands-on tester to help us build and manage a small web test team. The ideal candidate knows games and loves the web. You should also be able to do a mix of manual and automated testing. Responsibilities
-Lead and mentor a small team by establishing and honing best practices and guidelines
-Actively participate in project plans, estimating work and monitoring progress against milestones
-Create and maintain a thorough, sustainable and evolving set of automation coverage and test strategies for our web team
-Create, setup and maintain load testing infrastructure and load test suites
-Work with engineering and other teams to determine testing-coverage gaps / overlaps and adjust approaches accordingly
-Work directly with developers and product owners to identify, plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives
-Produce and maintain useful and usable documentation from a Test standpoint

Required Skills
-2+ years of white box web testing with experience running automation and performance test suites
-2+ years as a Lead
-Ability to vet and determine which framework(s) provide the most reliable, maintainable, extensible, and applicable coverage for a given testing need
-Working knowledge of web security concepts, as well as specific vulnerabilities and attack vectors, and how to test for them
-Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple competing demands and consistently deliver high quality on time
-Ability to recognize and balance manual / automation needs vs. coverage
-Experience testing in a service oriented environment
-Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills throughout all stages of the process
-Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
-Experienced using networking capture / manipulation tools such as Fiddler / Netmon
-Experience with Iterative / Incremental Development, TDD, and Continuous-Integration
-BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-Working knowledge of ASP.NET, IIS, C# and SQL
