Job Descriptiontop

Act as project leader and champion a consistent, organized process.
Facilitate and maintain the game’s vision, scope and schedules.
Provide motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
Gather, document, and organize business, functional, and creative requirements for new projects from project stakeholders.
Gather estimates from resources and create project documentation (project charter, scope document, requirements document, work breakdown structure).
Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues.
Ensure that solutions are of acceptable quality.
Work with the Studio Director to plan effective resource utilization.
Coordinate, track, and manage the activities of project resources to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and at acceptable quality.
Contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience Requiredtop

Three to five years experience shipping games. You have experience shipping games through two or more product cycles.
In-depth knowledge of freemium gameplay, virtual goods monetization, live game operations.
Strong familiarity with the Facebook platform, iOS, and Android application development, for both small screen and tablets.
Knowledge of mobile devices, including iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android devices. Social games experience is also preferred.
Experience with the process of version submission, being familiar with iTunes Connect, and Android Developer portal is ideal.
Experience managing teams and project schedules to deliver products on time
Skills in risk assessment and management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of software development processes, project management methodologies, and performance management
Self-motivation and strong initiative
Occasional travel
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

Pluses
Experience with Agile planning methods and/or SCRUMM methodologies
Passion for gaming plus and understanding of gaming culture and industry trends
