GameAnalytics is looking for an individual who can lead, motivate and nurture our hacker/get-sh*t-done culture.

You will be in charge of cultivating that culture and making sure that it endures. You will be a cornerstone of our organization, responsible for leading a team of 12 software engineers and designers.

You must know how to motivate your team and get people to hit deadlines.

As VP of Engineering, we expect you to have great technical ability but someone who prefers not to be a coding monkey (which is meant in the most endearing way).

You are comfortable with Python, C, MongoDB, Hadoop and AWS, but you also have a black belt in managing teams using methodologies like agile, scrum, kanban and using tools such as Pivotal Tracker and Trello.

You will work in an open concept workspace with high collaboration, active conversation and constant communication with software engineers, user experience designers, quality assurance engineers and key stakeholders.

Experience with SaaS and/or Game Development and/or Big Data is a big plus.
