Description of Duties:

-Facilitates the communication of new concepts and guidelines to Product Testing staff
-Facilitates meetings regarding new guideline concepts with testing staff members and other groups as needed
-Monitors and reviews communication about procedures, concepts and guidelines as they are being established
-Provides overall support for each group's training program
-Participates in instructional development projects as needed
-Assists employees with questions about guidelines and/or guideline concepts
-Designs, develops and delivers curriculum and supporting documents to be used to support the testing staff in understanding new concepts and guidelines
-Fields questions for testing staff regarding clarification on guidelines and concepts
-Analyzes technical guidelines and explains the purposes of those guidelines effectively
-Responsible for providing suggestions for enhancing and maintaining tools in support of training
-Performs interviews and consultation surveys with employees to analyze training needs
-Monitors mailing lists for discussions about upcoming or ongoing concepts and guidelines
-Reviews, create, and modify guideline documents for use by internal and external developers
-Significant overtime and/or schedule flexibility may be required
-Up to 10% travel

Bilingual:
-Verifies Japanese/English translations of concepts and guidelines
-Provides translation support for Product Testing meetings

Senior:
-Designs and runs training program for DGC associates.
-Works directly with the Product Testing Technicians on submission related issues as well as correspondence with Licensee partners on submission related questions/problems.
-Chairs hardware, accessory, and new guideline package launches for DGC.
-Oversees Guideline documents created by DGC.

Summary of Requirements:

-Three years of related experience
-Bilingual position requires fluency in Japanese and English
-Good PC skills, especially in MS Office Suite
-Knowledge of the game industry
-Previous work with game software development groups
-Clear knowledge of game software development cycle
-Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and product quickly
-Strong concept delivery skills
-Experience building and delivering training materials to large audiences
-Demonstrated expertise in QA procedures and methodology
-Strong presentation and facilitation skills
-Strong concept delivery skills
-Experience with instructional design
-Understanding of technical libraries used in video game development
-Strong organization skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline goals
-Ability to work with confidential information in a highly secure environment
-AAS, technical training, or equivalent
