Darkside Game Studios (DGS) is a successful console and PC videogame developer based in Coral Springs, Florida. While our name is shrouded in darkness, our creativity is solar powered! DGS has worked on several AAA titles for multiple console and PC-based platforms. We also have plenty of engine expertise including: Unreal, Unity, Gamebryo, proprietary engines, and even our own tech. Our most recent titles include multiplayer for Spec Ops: The Line, DLC 4 for Borderlands: Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution (Full development), Infinity Blade FX (Port), and code assistance on Bioshock Infinite, Bioshock 2, XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Civilization Revolution.
In addition to our full-development experience, our art outsourcing division (Shadows in Darkness) has worked on dozens of AAA games from an art and design perspective. Franchises include Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Borderlands, Bioshock, Dragon Age, Brother’s In Arms, Aliens, plus many others.

Job Descriptiontop
• Developing PC & Console games (PS3, 360, Wii, PSP, DS and iPhone)
• Learning 3rd party APIs and middleware, and developing games using them
• Maintaining code and fixing bugs
• Expected to follow studio programming standards and quality requirements (comments, code style, etc.)
• Working closely with the development, art, design, production and QA teams to meet deadlines
• Integrating changes from other developers (source control)
• Ability to work independently
