The Role of Senior Mobile 3D Engineer As a Senior 3D Engineer you will design and engineer high-performance game engine functionality that harnesses the power of OpenGL ES 2.0 and makes it accessible to game developers. You will do what it takes to make our games small and fast, whether it’s by writing engine code, tools, or games.
You should enjoy sharing code with other engineers, and take an active part in our international game-development community. You should be capable of designing systems that are powerful and maintainable, and that will be in several games for a long time. We expect you to have good analytical capabilities, to be structured, and to be a good communicator. You will interface with the game developers, artists, and producers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain shared 3D functionality and systems
- Support the development of junior engineers
Required Skills:
- At least 6 years experience in games development
- Intimate knowledge of all aspects of OpenGL ES 2.0
- Knowledge of the mobile games development life cycle
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile/Scrum
- Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
