Traffic Acquisition Manager

Job Description
Zattikka is looking for a Traffic Acquisition Manager in San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX to design and execute highly effective customer acquisition campaigns for mobile game studios in the Zattikka family. You should have proven and successful experience with user acquisition, ad buying, and strategy creation for free-to-play mobile games and have experience negotiating and creating traffic acquisition with mobile or mobile gaming. You will be responsible for the management of user acquisition funnel for all active games and work with our analytics team to measure return-on-investment. The results driven from this position will have an impact on the success of all studios in the Zattikka family.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing acquisition/top level user funnel for all active games
• Find and/or develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition.
• Lead paid and organic acquisition marketing efforts in internal and other acquisition networks to reach Volume, Quality and ROI acquisition goals.
• Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels to secure new acquisition opportunities.
• Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return.
• Lead creative development for any programs or materials needed to support acquisition programs and ads.
• Work with development teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition
• Conduct analysis and work with business intelligence team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimizations.
• Analyze performance, generate performance reports, present to senior management and use results to optimize and ensure positive ROI.

Requirements:
• 4+ years related experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns and partnerships.
• 4+ years experience buying and negotiating ad buys; strongly prefer mobile/mobile games ad buying experience
• 4+ years experience conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying to deliver ROI including A/B testing alternatives
• Very strong in analytics and very good working knowledge of Excel balanced by understanding of creative development.
• Strong understanding and experience with the iOS and Android marketplaces.
• Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on analysis.
• Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on budget.
