Angry Birds is an international phenomenon and the number one game of all time. Rovio is growing rapidly and extending the business to cover other areas of entertainment industry such as publishing, licensing, animation and merchandising. Rovio is currently employing over 400 professionals.

We are now looking for a team spirited User Acquisition Manager to join our Games Business Unit based in the Rovio headquarters in Espoo, Finland. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing the user acquisition efforts for Rovio Facebook and mobile games. You will work closely with colleagues throughout the organization in order to create new user acquisition opportunities and to optimize the use of existing ones; you will also develop metrics and models for measuring user acquisition and related partnerships. Together with our Sales team you will create co-promotion partnerships with other high-profile brands and barter deals with industry players. This job will require occasional traveling and working in the US.

We expect you to have:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Comprehensive experience with implementing user acquisition campaigns, measuring results and optimizing the campaigns and usage of different channels
- Excellent understanding of mobile and Facebook game user acquisition methods, channels and players on the market
- Strong business modeling and analyzing skills
- Fluent written and spoken English

In addition you have excellent communications and presentation skills and enjoy working in fast-paced, constantly iterating environment. You have strong passion for gaming, mobile entertainment and Social Media.
