He/she focuses on one of Ubisoft’s leading proprietary brands such as Splinter Cell ® or Ghost Recon ®.

The Line Producer is the project leader for HQ on all production-related topics. He is accountable for the smooth running of the project’s budget, planning, scope and productivity:


- Identify issues and anticipate project risks based on relevant indicators and tools; propose solutions and appropriate actions when necessary, and ensure their implementation
- Guarantee the respect and the organization and the implementation of better methods of production
- Guarantee the respect of the business objectives, budget, schedule and scope
- Make the interface, initiate and facilitate the exchange of information between production teams and other departments at the Headquarters

Profile:

7 - 10 years of experience in project management or production monitoring within the video game industry.

Excellent knowledge of our industry, in-game social features, production cycles and constraints for projects of various sizes and platforms.

A true leader, you have successfully managed complex and ambitious projects, sharing your vision and providing guidance to the teams.

Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. You are rigorous, communicate with diplomacy and know how to manage priorities.

An excellent level of English is imperative. A good level of French is a plus.
