PopCap Games is looking for a Senior Software Developer passionate about game development and eager to work on the Bejeweled franchise.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with producers, designers, artists, and lead other developers to achieve development milestones and product features
Create an iterative development process, while accepting and integrating design and development feedback from team members
Write clean, clear, maintainable code build tools and extend tool chains to improve integration of resources and empower non-developers

Required Skills/Personal Requirements:

Strong understanding of object oriented programming and design
Experience building connected games or cloud based games
A demonstrated passion for improving your craft
Proficiency debugging and optimizing application performance for mobile devices
Enthusiasm for solving challenging problems integrating multiple technologies across many platforms

Preferred:

Ability to describe your areas of ownership on 1 or more shipped games
Test driven development experience
Full mobile connected game stack experience such as low level native device api, game logic, display logic, input logic, server communication, metrics gathering, and PHP server side development
Facebook integration experience
Flash experience

Education and/or Certifications:

BS or higher degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
