We’re looking for people who love the idea of working together to create highly engaging mobile content and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have proven game experience and a long-standing passion for playing video games of multiple genres and platforms, we’re looking for you.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain game systems
- Create and balance gameplay systems
- Work closely with game designers, programmers and artists to ensure a great player experience
- Continually iterate, balance and tune features and gameplay based on feedback from the game teams, routine user testing, and the broader player community

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years game design experience
- Formal understanding of video game design concepts, and their practical application
- Comfortable with all degrees of ownership, from personally designing systems to providing high-level feedback
- Experience with at least one of the following gameplay design areas: AI, Combat, Navigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert with math and formulas in a game environment
- Demonstrated leadership and involvement in commercially and creatively successful properties
- Familiarity with scripting languages or technical skills related to game development a plus
- Passion for classic Board Games and complex gameplay mechanics a plus
- Rapid prototyping experience a plus
