Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Launch and/or maintain browser-based or client-based MMOG titles that have been selected for North America publishing.
•Analyze and report on player metrics associated with Acquisition, Retention, and Monetization.
•Work closely with Live Operations team to monitor player behavior and actively participate in the growing community.
•Work closely with product and marketing teams to create new promos and strategies to grow and maintain the player base.
•Communicate actively with HQ and developers to address major issues, bugs, content, and features.
•Become a driving force in the product team to ensure that goals are met, milestones are reached, and projects are completed.
•Conceptualize, design, and execute promotions to increase revenue.
•Help to establish a communicative and creative environment within the team through leadership and continual contribution.
•Provide leadership and guidance to Live Operations team.

Qualifications:

•A passion for games and experience working for a company specializing in MMOGs and online gaming communities
•Mastery of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven experience in launching successful Free-to-Play browser-based or client-based MMO titles
•Proven experience in ensuring player and revenue growth for a live title
•Able to prepare reports on player metrics and trends and present them as needed
•Experienced in managing projects, people, and allocation of resources
•Fluency with either Mandarin or Korean is a plus, but not required
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
