Senior Programmer - 2K Czech


2K Czech is always looking for motivated and skilled Senior Programmers. Senior Programmers are collaborating closely with Technical Leaders to design and implement systems, gameplay features, tools or engine component according to their field of expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Design and write clear, maintainable, portable code
• Maintain and extend current code base
• Define clear schedule and objectives in collaboration with your producer
• Participate in improving working environment
• Participate in the testing process
• Support other programmers


Requirements:

• Strong C++ and OOP design skills
• Strong Math background
• Problem-solving skills
• Good analytical and synthesizing abilities
• Attention to detail
• Having shipped at least 1 AAA console/PC game
• 3 years of professional experience in the video game industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent level of English
• Experience with Performance analysis tools is a plus

• Excellent analytical skills and creative thinking
• Ability to take responsibility for organizing own tasks and priorities
• Focus on details and ability to recognize technical risks and missing parts of technical design
• Good communication skills and ability to self-confidently present own work within the team
