The Digital Animation and Game Design Department (DAGD) at Ferris State University is seeking applications for one year temporary term appointments for an extension of its program in Hyderabad, India.Responsibilities include teaching, participation in curriculum development, student advising and committee service at the departmental level. Use of critical thinking and related learning approaches is expected, as well as an ability to communicate established program content to a diverse and motivated English speaking student body. Beginning of classes are expected in Mid-January 2010.
Qualifications include an advanced degree in fields related to animation and game design and demonstrated teamwork in production and learning environments. This faculty position favors a candidate who shows quality and innovation at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in animation or game design and can show skills and experiences that indicate success in the classroom.
