EZD Productions is looking for full time Production Staff for the next-gen virtual world we are creating. This person will work closely with the Executive Director of Production and other department chiefs.
Requirements: - Experience with virtual world, MMO or videogame production/development - Professional knowledge and experience with relevant technology. - Professional knowledge and experience with relevant management software including Excel, Project, and client/server systems such as Perforce. - Familiarity with products made for a broad market that’s mostly women. - Expert in having fun online with experience with a variety of online games, worlds, and activities. - Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. - Ability to organize a variety of data and assets with precision and consistency. - Familiarity with development processes such as Scrum & Agile - You should be comfortable both taking initiative and interacting with a tightly knit team. - Positive and collaborative attitude, open minded, and the ability to work well in a team development environment. We are creating an exciting new project and are looking for energetic organizers & leaders to help our production effort in a variety of facets. You will work with the Design, Art, Engineering and Marketing departments. Bonus, equity & profit sharing are part of the package.
