As an Associate Online Community Specialist, you are responsible for moderating our community forums, enforcing our online harassment policy across applicable games, responding to customer e-mails, and providing a regular report of actions taken. Both verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills, are crucial!
At Relic, we are big on teamwork. While we are a professional bunch, we have a ridiculously good time making quality games of which we are all proud.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Moderating our site forum * Responding to reported posts and users * Answering questions from customers when appropriate * Responding to support-related threads and responding to customer e-mails * Monitoring player behavior in-game * Additional responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
* At least one (1) year of forum moderator or forum administrator experience * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience working in a team environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Positive professional attitude
ASSETS:
* Familiarity with Relic Entertainment's games * Game industry experience * Bachelors Degree or equivalent
