TRI is looking for a Senior XBOX Live Programmer for an exciting AAA Natal title!
• Engineering Terminal Reality’s network architecture for the XBOX Platform. • Inventing the new technologies that will make multiplayer Natal titles a success. • Implementing XBOX specific functionality such as Player Lobbies, Matchmaking, and DLC. • Working closely with the Lead Programmer and Designers to ensure that project goals related to networking are being met. • Providing comprehensive development, writing, testing and debugging of software that meets the agreed upon objectives, standards and deadlines. • Providing and maintaining proper documentation related to source code, and other documentation as required.

Requirements include:
• 3+ years of game industry experience. • Shipped XBOX Live title in the role of Lead or Senior Network Programmer. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent experience. • Fluency in C/C++. • Working knowledge of networking systems, including UDP, TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, NAT, security, peer-to-peer and client server models. • Experience with network latency solutions and packet compression • Ability to see the “big picture”, and plan for what would be (to most) unforeseen consequences. We are looking for a person who can spot danger areas before others. • Effective time management/organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. • A passion for video games. • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
