Rainbow Studios is searching for a qualified Senior Producer for our Wii IP Project.
Position Summary: The Senior Producer leads development through all stages of production establishing and executing the project’s short term objectives.
Essential Job Functions: • Manages daily development tasks. • Coordinates resources to ensure that schedules and deliverables meet defined objectives and quality standards. • Establishes, maintains and enhances relationships with all team members. • Provides input into long term strategic direction. • Supports the strategic planning and budgeting processes for project. • Coordinates build and milestone deliveries internally and externally. • Remains stationary for long periods of time while working in front of a computer. • Manipulates a keyboard, mouse, and/or other input device. • Performs other or similar related duties as necessary.
Experience/Skills: • 5-8 years of industry experience • Shipped at least one console title, PS3/360/Wii, from start to finish in a Producer position • Strong process, organizational, and business skills • Experienced in Agile development • Design skills and/or creative background • Great communication and presentation skills • Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships • Ability to work well with large groups • Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change • Experience with multi-platform video game production preferred • Programming skills preferred
Education: Bachelor´s (BA) degree from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience
