Job Description:
WE ARE REVOLUTIONIZING RTS GAMES!

Trion is creating a groundbreaking MMO-RTS game in conjunction with Petroglyph Games, the creators of Command and Conquer, Red Alert, and the Empire at War series of games. Trion is looking for an exceptional and passionate Producer with strong MMO experience to help manage the external development of the game.

The MMO Producer should have experience in Massively Multiplayer Games from inception to launch as well as everything required to maintain a live product. Add your MMO knowledge to our experienced group of award winning game developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the Senior Producer and external development team to deliver a Triple A product that meets Trion’s publishing goals
• Develop and manage an effective Beta test plan
• Coordinate auction house and in-game store activity with internal and external departments
• Work closely with Community Management
• Help manage art outsource flow
• Maintain a strong relationship with the developer and ensure communication on all elements of production with internal groups
• Ensures timely and accurate game asset development and milestone delivery
• Responsible for making sure all project documentation is accurate and complete
• Create project status updates
• Provide insight on tracking and reporting mechanisms
• Evaluate production process and gameplay of the product
• Maintain a working knowledge of competitive RTS and MMO products

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Credit on at least one shipped MMO title as Producer or above
• Maintained an MMO live team as a Producer or above after product launch
• Ability to model systems and reports with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and other management tools
• Familiar with all aspects of game development
• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner
• Capable of identifying risks and offering appropriate steps to resolve difficulties including changes to work methods, technologies and project schedules
• Capable of running a meeting or conference call in a professional and productive manner
• Highly organized, professional, and efficient
• Ability to travel regularly to the developer’s offices

PLUSES
• Experience running a Beta program for an MMO
• Avid RTS and MMO player
• Knowledge of micro-transaction based games
• RTS game production experience
• External PC development experience
• Experience working with licensed product and licensors
