NetDevil was founded in 1997 in Louisville, CO as an independently owned and operated game development company dedicated to the construction of massively multiplayer universes. NetDevil is committed to creating immersive, interactive virtual worlds in unique settings outside the typical fantasy genre. NetDevil’s latest and biggest project to date is the recently revealed LEGO Universe, the first MMOG professionally developed for LEGO fans and supported by community members from around the world. NetDevil is also involved in numerous other projects and explorations, such as Warmonger, the first step in NetDevil's pursuit of a vision that will change the way online shooters are played, and Jumpgate Evolution which is a new game based on NetDevil's first title.

Project Manager is a studio-wide position that will be responsible for ownership of three project backlogs, third party contracts, being a face to our parent company, and Scrum direction for all teams. Qualified candidates must have strong project management, organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task and interface with Production and Management staff on different levels, and have a good working knowledge of SCRUM. Preferred candidates will have significant project management experience, several years of on-the-floor SCRUM experience, and a proven record of multi-project management.
Essential Functions: • Manage and update dashboard/backlogs for three projects • Maintain project calendars, scheduling, and milestones • Pursue up-to-date knowledge of SCRUM and agile management o Attend SCRUM meetings around the world o Maintain all SCRUM certifications o Arrange in-office training for all employees as needed o Share SCRUM 'best practices' across studio • Prepare and present updates for senior management (internal and customer facing) • Manage Product Owner teams for multiple projects o Manage and maintain product owner team goals and focus o Update and follow up on action items between meetings
Abilities: • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Organizational and multi-tasking/prioritization ability • Ability to maintain genial and beneficial relationships with upper management, dev staff, and third parties
Functional Knowledge: • SCRUM and additional agile development processes • Windows XP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.) Minimum Qualifications: • PMP and CSM Certifications • 3+ year of experience as a Project Manager • 3+ years of working experience with SCRUM and/or other agile methodologies • Familiarity with and passion for MMOGs and video games and their development is A MUST.
