We are looking for a passionate Games Producer to help implement our first generation games that will run on the Xbox system. Specific job responsibilities include Managing internal and external development of the games, contract negotiation and management, technical design reviews and scheduling. You will also interact with our content team and help them bring their designs to life. As we're a small team, we want independent people that are driven for results and able to wear multiple hats to get things done quickly.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of Production experience, good design skills and team management skills, as well as experience with client-server architectures and general game development. Experience developing for Xbox, and Xbox LIVE are a plus. Good communication skills, independent drive, customer focus, ability to ramp up quickly on new technology, and driving for results are all expected.
