Qualifications: All candidates for our positions must have a proven track record of working to solve complex issues with cross-team engagement, along with driving large complex systems to delivery. Experience in C++ and Java is important, with 3-5 years professional experience in either essential. Experience with HTML, CSS or Javascript is also important, along with Perl expertise. The ideal candidate will show a bias for action, and an ability to work with many other teams to build innovative customer-centric offerings.
The candidate for the technical lead must have 5 additional years of experience in Java or C++, and strong architecting and design experience. They must have mentored or lead other developers. The candidate must show a strong sense of ownership and an ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
