REPORTS TO (Title): Manager, Engineering
The Front End Developer will work closely with Software Engineers, Web Designers, and Product Managers to plan, collaborate, and build efficient and innovative UIs with AJAX and similar technologies on mobile and desktop web applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build next-generation web UIs with AJAX and similar technologies.
Explore and design compelling user experiences.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Work Experience
3+ years of web application development experience
Entertainment industry experience preferred but not required
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
Knowledge/Skills
Expert knowledge in AJAX/HTML/CSS
Exceptional knowledge of Photoshop
Experience developing rich applications with HTML/CSS/JS
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of UI frameworks such as XUL, Flex, and XAML a plus.
