Job Descriptiontop

The Art Producer will be responsible for the organizing and tracking of art assets and team organization. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat attitude as well as great people skills, follow through, and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Help to establish or optimize production pipelines and art schedule.
Create basic art workflow diagrams.
Track and report art development status, ensures art assets are developed on time/budget and meet project objectives.
Ensure sufficient internal studio resource capacity (staffing, software and hardware) exists to meet studio project needs.
Interface and collaborate with other leads/directors/producers.
Manage and assign art bugs via internal systems.
Daily interaction with all of the artists and Art Director.
Weekly status meetings.
Bug Tracking
Team Wiki Management
Be familiar with agile development and help organize Team Schedules, Sprint & Release Planning, Dependencies, User Stories

Experience Requiredtop

Skills/Experience
Familiarity, if not expertise with industry standard tracking, scheduling and presentation tools like; Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Hansoft knowledge a plus.
Must be familiar with basic art pipelines.
Good People Skills.
4+ years experience in game development acting in a producer or lead role.
3 – 4 years of experience with scheduling resources and managing game projects of significant complexity .
Must have experienced full development cycles, from concept to ship.
Must be familiar with basic art pipelines.
Must be aggressive about seeking out unknowns.
Must understand game design enough to be able to discuss design details with game designers and product managers.
Outsourcing experience/management experience a plus.
