Main Work Duties:
Designing engaging and enduring multiplayer experiences including map layouts, modes of play, mechanics and systems relentlessly playtesting, iterating upon, balancing and tuning all facets of online play.

Qualifications:
･Strong passion to make top quality games
･Over 4 years of experience as a professional single or multiplayer level game designer for PC/PS3/Xbox360 action games
･Experience using major 3D modeling tools
･Experience scripting gameplay
･Ability to facilitate formal and informal playtest sessions and quickly implement feedback
･Ability to create rough geometry level layouts to support a variety of modes
･Ability to analyze and critique game design and core systems
Ability to stay on schedule and approach complex issues creatively and flexibly in a time-constrained environment.
･Excellent verbal and written communication skills
