Kojima Productions will be returning to the GDC 2013 Career Pavilion (March 25th - 27th) to seek for skillful engineers, artists, and game creators including:
・Project engineers for the latest Metal Gear Solid targeted for high-end consoles and PC
・Engineers to help develop next-gen game engine technology for use with the "FOX Engine"

Main Work Duties:
Creating and designing specification for game character actions/mechanics as well as weapons. Creating and designing specifications for boss battles, key game events and AI. Working with artists and programmers to create asset list for models, sounds, and animations for game design implementation.
・Strong passion to make top quality games.
・Over 4 years of experience as a professional game play designer for PC/PS3/Xbox360 for action games
・Ability to come up with innovative ideas and demonstrate them with comprehensive visual materials and references
・Excellent skills in analyzing game system management and surrounded game design issues.
・Experience in maintaining and tuning both single and multiplayer game balance
・Ability to stay on schedule and approach the complex issue creatively and flexibly in a time constrained environment.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Full production life cycle experience from initial concept through release for at least 2 titles
