Kojima Productions will be returning to the GDC Career Pavilion (March 25th - 27th) to seek for skillful engineers, artists, and game creators including:
・Project engineers for the latest Metal Gear Solid targeted for high-end consoles and PC
・Engineers to help develop next-gen game engine technology for use with the "FOX Engine".

Main Work Duties:
・To develop programs in order to provide users with great gameplay experiences
・Taking part of the roots of exciting 3D action games
・Designing gimmick control programs to supply gameplay experiences
・Over 3 years of experience as a professional Gameplay Programmer for PC/PS3/Xbox360 for action games
・Professional experience in making characters (e.g player, enemy, or boss) control programs in the past
・Outstanding C/C++ language programming skills
・Is proficient with "Test Driven Development"
・Has the passion to provide the best gameplay experience to users
・Proficient knowledge of 3D algebra
・Ability to think creatively and flexibly
・Maintains schedules and can work well under pressure
・Has the ability to maintain their own motivation, has excellent work ethics, and works well with others
・Possesses verbal and written communication skills in English or Japanese
