We are seeking an intelligent, creative, and organized leader to take on the role of Assistant Director of Mobile Games. This individual will be responsible for collaborating between all of the departments to bring fun and memorable games iOS and Android users. Using their outstanding management and people skills, this person will keep projects moving on schedule and on budget. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand new division of a proven and successful game developer and to create the next big thing in mobile.

Responsibilities
• Manage resources across several departments, internal and external, to ensure games and features are created on time and are high quality
• Keep all parties involved up-to-date on progress
• Perform risk assessment and report potential delays and bottlenecks to management
• Wear multiple hats to support the release of the product or feature, including willingness to participate in QA

Qualifications
• Must have outstanding organization, communication (verbal and written), and project management skills
• Proven ability to successfully manage people and projects
• Positive attitude
• Comfortable working with a small team
• Entrepreneurial spirit- willing to take full responsibility for a project and make it a success
• Understanding of data driven decision-making
• Familiar with monetization strategies of Free-to-Play games
• Focused and composed under pressure
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for video games

• In-depth knowledge of current mobile, casual, and social game titles
• Experience releasing games for iOS and Android
• Knowledge of the complete development process and what goes into
turning a feature into reality
• One or more shipped games
• Prior experience in the video game industry
• Helpful to know Unity
