Bally Technologies is looking for a top notch executive to drive worldwide user acquisition strategy and execution for our highly profitable, high growth games titles. You will be responsible for the management of user acquisition funnel and lead your team to meet their targets. Duties • Responsible for managing user acquisition channels: mobile, Facebook, SEM, SEO, ASO etc. • Lead paid acquisition marketing efforts to achieve volume, quality and ROI acquisition targets. • Manage and optimize budget across channels. • Develop creative and innovative solutions for customer acquisition. • Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels. • Develop A/B testing programs to optimize acquisition efforts and return on investment. • Work with product teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition. • Conduct analysis and work with business intelligence team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimization. • Generate performance reports and present to senior management.
· 10+ years experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns and partnerships
· Experience in buying media assets, preferably in mobile/mobile games
· Experience conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying to deliver ROI including A/B testing alternatives
· Strong understanding and experience with the Android and iOS marketplaces.
· Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets
· A passion for games and interest in mobile gaming
Education: • Relevant academic degree, preferably track record with a MBA, BA or BSc in math, engineering, economics, business or other quantitative field
