We are looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Product Manager who has a strong passion for gaming to work with our 3rd party developers. You will deliver the best mobile games service, from partner/product evaluation, through launch, and long into the product’s lifecycle.


  • A mobile gaming fanatic
  • An experienced design-obsessed product manager, or an experienced numerical-ninja game designer
  • A person who wants to understand the psychology behind why players do things, and to design systems that account for the underlying mental and emotional drivers of behavior
  • An expert in f2p monetization techniques, how to apply them to different games, and how to monetize without hurting engagement
  • Extroverted and delighted to work closely with external partners


  • Determine the market viability of 3rd party F2P mobile games by evaluating game design, core loops, monetization, performance in the home market, and development teams
  • Analyze detailed metrics and user feedback in real-time to derive insight on user trends and behavior, and using this to constantly enhance game performance
  • Work with the developer in producing, localizing, and improving the game
  • Work with internal teams to integrate, launch, operate and maintain 3rd party titles
  • Own the relationship with external development partner companies


  • 5+ years’ experience in gaming, F2P, mobile or other related industries
  • Strong ability to assess games quantitatively and qualitatively, using internal and external sources of information
  • Super-strong Excel skills
  • Deep understanding of Kabam’s competitive marketplace
  • Adaptability or experience in remotely working with external teams with different time zones, cultures and languages
  • BA/BS degree from a recognized university
  • Self-direction, drive and leadership


  • Fluent in Japanese, Korean or Chinese (reading/writing/speaking) may be helpful, depending on the partner
  • SQL skills are helpful
