Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing for the Marketing department. Under direction of the Director, Brand Marketing, the WBIE Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing will help define and execute the next generation of innovative digital gaming for WBIE. The Sr. Manager is responsible for the development, management and execution of the global marketing plans/strategies for assigned titles working on WBIE’s LEGO and Kids Franchise digital products. Duties include product forecasting and analysis, P&L management, development of worldwide creative materials and marketing strategies, and execution on North America marketing plans. The Sr. Manager interfaces with various WBIE divisions including Public Relations, Operations, Finance, Trade/Retail Marketing, and International as well as other WB and Time Warner divisions, developers, brand and promotional partners, and First Parties to execute on cross-divisional and cross-promotional opportunities supporting the titles.
Develop, orchestrate and execute comprehensive global marketing roadmap for assigned products, and collaborate with game teams and partners to define the product vision and strategy, and business goals from concept through each deployment milestone.
Analyze key game metrics (engagement, virality, and monetization) to identify and optimize player and financial performance.
Oversee the global brand development and implementation of go-to-market strategies including advertising, promotions, direct marketing, interactive marketing and PR activities associated with assigned brand. Maintain deliverable dates and be accountable for timely delivery of materials worldwide.
Monitor agreed to marketing expenditures throughout the deployment cycle and be responsible for complete budgetary management.
Leader in championing his/her product assignments across the WB studio and to various internal departments to inspire excitement and cross-divisional support.
BA/BS degree required. MS/MA/MBA preferred.
5+ years experience in marketing (product management role at a games and/or toy company strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis and the ability to work across multiple teams.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills with experience in metrics-driven decision making.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of comfort managing multiple projects; extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Top-quality presentation skills.
Understanding of micro-transaction business models, and social networking preferred.
Collaborative working style with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Passion for video games and emerging technologies, and for creating innovative and fun interactive entertainment.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs required.
Requires some travel.
