Senior Game Designer

As a Senior Game Designer you would use your background of analyzing and designing game systems to assist the company westernize overseas titles to better fit our market and tune our existing titles.
Your experience with creative and art direction would help you provide professional art direction and feedback to overseas game developers and art houses.
Your passion for playing and understanding all of the current games would allow you improve our game insights and understanding.

Job Duties:

• Plan and document required game design changes for Westernized titles working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Take into account the key constraints of the title's strategy and timeline
• Identify key game systems' changes working with the title's Product Manager, head of Game Acquisition and Director of Product
• Support the creation and documentation of the title's development milestone schedule
• Include suggestions on the game's theme, graphical style and art direction
• For games under development, work with the title's Product Manager to provide feedback to the external game developer on art direction and game development progress
• Art direction and feedback for new and updated game assets
• Review game build submissions to evaluate and document game development milestone completion
• Provide analysis, feedback and suggestions on key game systems for pre-launch titles
• Support the key strategic needs of our live titles by assisting Product Managers with game optimization plans
• Create and document the concept and design for proposed new game systems and game system changes
• Assist the game insights group with their quest to better understand games, game systems and our customers
• Follow trends in games and game systems including analysis of competitor products
• Support building our new game pipeline by helping to improve our strategic targeted game features and game systems benchmarks
• Conduct game evaluations to look for new product opportunities to help fill our product pipeline
• Focus on key game factors and avoid personal bias
