  • Work independently with minimal supervision, asking questions and coordinating with the Art Director regularly for progress updates, asset management and review process.
  • Take ownership of the art pipelines while communicating frequently and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate in a team setting across disciplines (e.g. working with Design and Engineering teams to integrate content, fix bugs and improve performance).
  • Receive assets from internal and external sources and integrate them artfully and technically into the level.
  • Provide assistance in mentoring other artists both in-house and remote.

Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working on at least several high-caliber PC and/or console games that have been commercially released.
  • Strong core art and technical art skills.
  • Proficiency in a PBR Material Workflow for both Character and Environment Assets.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with, directing and managing outsourcers.
  • Education: BS degree in digital art for games, or equivalent experience.
  • Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, sense of humor.
