Dynamighty is a game developer creating CounterSpy, an action espionage game for PlayStation & mobile platforms. We are seeking a Rendering Engineer to join our team and help us deliver on the unique visual style that we desire for our games.
As a Rendering Engineer you will work closely with the Art Director to interpret and implement their vision for our games. A key part of your role will be making sure our rendering style scales appropriately for the different platforms we are releasing on. In addition to rendering, there will be plenty of opportunities to contribute across areas as broad as core systems, tools & gameplay.
Ideally, you are passionate about games, understand that quality games take constant iteration and refinement, and enjoy working as part of a small highly collaborative team.

Required Skills / Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computing / Engineering / Math related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience with Rendering/Shader Programming
Strong math skills
Willingness to take on any task needed to finish the game
A love of games and gameplay
