Product Manager (Browser or Mobile)

We are now seeking Product Managers for two separate platforms: Browser and Mobile. As the product owner for one or multiple online games, you would be responsible for the overall project P&L, driving revenue growth and coordinating all aspects of the game launch and operations.  Your knowledge of online games, understanding of the F2P market and data analysis skills will help you to create an effective plan for driving your game's strategic objectives.  Your drive, initiative and interpersonal skills will enable you to get things done with minimal direction and get the resources you need from multiple internal departments and external developers.

Job Duties:

  • Within the first month, coordinate all game test launch activities with game developers, QA, marketing, CRM, design & technical teams with minimal direction
    • Coordinate the set-up of comprehensive data capturing to enable tracking and reporting of KPIs
    • Identifying, supporting and coordinating initial game improvements to ensure the completion of milestone metrics to ensure a profitable launch
    • Product positioning including testing of messaging, naming and icons
    • User Acquisition plans including identifying and developing key channels and marketing materials
  • Create and present a comprehensive monthly review and action plan to drive the product's main strategic objective 
    • Drive the development of product promotions ( sales and events )
    • P&L Status 
    • Budget requests inc. supporting data showing previous budgets have been efficiently used
  • Constantly maintain relationships with overseas game developers
  • Conduct monthly projects including customer studies and competitive analysis reports (and share results in order) to improve operations and create best practices
  • Conduct game evaluations to look for new product opportunities to help fill our product pipeline

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working in F2P and/or mobile game publishing
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new concepts and be capable of providing solutions to complex problems
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
