Lead Mobile Fullstack Engineer

You’ll interact with game development teams in diverse locations across the globe, guiding them through common pitfalls encountered during mobile game development lifecycle.

Along the way, be part of hands-on prototyping, selection and rollout of new technology at Tilting Point. Advance your prototypes into our custom built SDK that runs on millions of devices worldwide, and craft supported back-end services that distinguishes us from the competition. You will plan and work on expanding internal and external facing tools and directly interface with many of our development game studios, offering assistance with integration questions and issues together facilitating production of technically-sound mobile gaming products. Your Future at TPM

Reporting to our Technical Director, the Lead Mobile Fullstack Engineer will assist development partner teams with integration questions and issues, plan and create expanding internal and external facing tools, and collaborate with project leads, QA and external developers to facilitate production of technically-sound and exciting mobile games.

Your XP & Skills

  • 5+ years of professional mobile development development experience with Unity, iOS or Android
  • Professional experience and proficiency in C#, Objective-C (or Swift) and/or Java
  • Very solid CS fundamentals
  • Deep understanding of mobile technology stacks
  • Demonstrated curiosity for learning and adopting new technologies
  • Expert level interpersonal skills, with a customer service-centric approach
  • Familiarity with development best-practices and tools such as Git, Agile, and Continuous Integration
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • A passion for gaming


  • 1+ years working with Unity using C
  • Mobile game development experience with involvement bringing top mobile titles to market
  • Experience supporting 3rd party development teams
  • Exposure to NodeJS and/or ReactJS
  • Exposure to creation, deployment and maintenance of a cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with using a serverless stack (AWS Lambda, AWS Kinesis)
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL
  • Familiarity with the App Store & Google Play ecosystems
  • Experience writing native Unity plugins
  • Technical writing: be able to describe your own work, purpose, accomplishments and relevance
  • Demonstrated ability to approach a problem from multiple angles to arrive at solutions that are simple, robust, scalable and elegant
