Mobile games dominator Gameloft, worldwide publisher of mobile and social games, is creating a position for a Game Monetization Manager 

Game Monetization Manager

As our Game Monetization Manager you will be charged with defining the monetization strategy of our games to maximize their revenues through all distributions channels at a worldwide level.

 

Responsibilities

  • Set up and follow up with the production team the monetization & operation strategy, features of the game at different production phases.
  • Come up with recommendations and proposals of new ways to optimize/maximize game revenues.
  • Define metrics and dashboards to evaluate the game's performances.
  • Provide reports to update all shareholders involved on progress.
  • Game Competitor analysis and benchmarking.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in gaming / online / e-commerce business
  • Strong marketing knowledge to formulate adequate selling strategies to improve the financial performance
  • Passion for games in general with special focus on competitive and core games.
  • Strong analytical competencies and data modelling (Excel)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the free-to-play market will be a strong asset
  • Autonomous, rigorous and able to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English
