What We Need: Game Developer, Lead
Importance of Role: The Lead Game Developer plays a significant role in delivery high quality projects, on time and on budget to provide high customer satisfaction.
What’s Expected: The Lead Game Developer is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high quality professional grade code assets to specifications. In this role, the developer will need to frequently collaborate and communicate with the team and management to support company projects and ensure the highest level of value is being delivered consistently to each Client.

The Basic Role Nuts & Bolts
■ Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel
■ Good communication, organization, and time management skills
■ Must be a team-player
■ Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
■ Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
■ B.S. in Game Design, Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience or combination of relevant education and experience
■ Five years of programming experience and at least two years of experience in game or mobile application development
■ Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
■ Experience building and shipping commercial games.
■ Knowledge math, physics, and optimization techniques.
■ Highly proficient in C# and strong skills in other languages such as Java or Objective-C.
■ Ability to guide and mentor team members on complex programming and problem solving tasks.
■ Hands-on experience with Unity 3D
■ Fluent in C#
■ Experience designing and implementing complex game mechanics and graphics
■ Must have contributed as a developer to at least three shipped titles
■ Experience in Microsoft and Linux application hosting
