Established in March 2007, Nexon Europe began its success story with the introduction of the worldwide hit MMORPG “MapleStory” to the European audience and quickly became a leading publisher of online content with millions of enthusiastic players across Europe. Nexon Europe is looking for a Corporate Operations Engineer to join the Information Technology team in Luxembourg. This position is responsible for fulfilling the office’s computer hardware and software needs and providing front line user support for Nexon Europe’s internal tools and technologies. Responsibilities  Deploy and troubleshoot all hardware associated with end-user computing, including desktops/laptops, phone systems, printers, video conferencing and various wireless devices.  Respond to user tickets regarding hardware and software problems.  Provide direct user support and administration for Nexon Europe’s corporate resources, internal tools and applications.  Ensure compliance with corporate standards and security policies.  Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications  BS degree or equivalent practical experience  Experience with various operating systems (Linux/Mac/Windows)  Experience with recent versions of Microsoft Office Suite  Strong customer-service skills  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications  Previous employment in entertainment, web/online, video game, post production, media, or advertising  Experience with scripting languages  Knowledge of LAN/WAN and mobile computing environments  Microsoft certifications
