Associate Tech Producer

Viacom International is conducting a search for an Associate Technical Producer that will be responsible for performing all levels and types of production duties within the International Digital Media production team. This role will be heavily involved in mobile application projects, participating in full lifecycle development of iOS and Android apps. In addition, this role will also oversee the distribution of online games for International HQ to local regions.

Responsibilities:

•Own daily mobile apps production tasks, including but not limited to : keeping detailed schedules, communicating with regions and seeing through application in the storefronts
•Liaise and collaborator between production and various internal teams/external vendors
•Identify challenges – recommend and implement solutions and streamline production processes
•Create detailed and accurate documentation, updating requirements/technology changes/ advances
•Find creative solutions to conflicts/struggles to achieve business goals
•Evaluate mobile application & online games for international use
•Translate business objectives into technical requirements
•Ensure all digital products are produced in par with localization specs
•Perform QA checks on online games and distribute to regions for localization
•Assist the Technical Producer in variety of tasks based on business needs
•Consistently seek opportunities to further enhance skillsets and knowledge

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree required, preferably in computer science or information system
•2-3 years of online game and mobile application development and quality assurance experience
•Knowledge of various mobile operating systems, including but not limited to iOS, Android, Amazon and Nook
•Knowledge of application life cycle and submission process/ requirements on above platforms
•Knowledge and experience in Xcode, Testflight, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Haxe
•Knowledge and experience in client side scripting languages, including but not limited to HTML, Javascript, XML
•Knowledge and experience in server side scripting languages, including but not limited to PHP, Objective-C

•Ability to act in a consistently professional manner under pressure
