Our software products utilize state-of-the-art computer vision techniques and high performance graphics hardware to deliver an industry-first set of production, entertainment, and research tools for use in a variety of industries.

We already have a world-class group of developers, and are seeking additional talent to continue growing our Live Interactive Virtual Environment (LIVE) product, as well as contribute to our other core software technologies. We're looking for motivated self-starters that want to join a highly skilled team pushing virtual character simulation and training beyond what’s believed possible. LIVE uses cutting edge video game and computer vision technology to deliver the best in role player training and improve outcomes for people in life-threatening situations.

In the role of Software Engineer, you will:

  • Design and implement key training technologies within LIVE using techniques and software from the gaming industry
  • Combine motion capture, facial capture, physics, and other real time information to create believable, virtual characters
  • Simulate the virtual world to track characters, compute ballistics, and model realistic interactions between the physical and virtual spaces
  • Network dozens of distributed clients to communicate using RCF and WebRTC for videoconferencing


To be a candidate, you need to have the following:

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with C++
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing object-oriented software code
  • Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, 3D vector mathematics, and geometry
  • Experience with one or more of the following libraries, APIs, or technologies: WebRTC, RCF, JQuery, DirectX, OpenGL, OpenCV, PhysX, Qt, or SWIG
  • Strong English communication proficiency - written and verbal


Other desirable skills would include knowledge of other languages (C# or Javascript), knowledge of computer vision techniques and algorithms, or experience with the Unity game engine.
