How do I Change or Add a logo?
Before starting the upload process, be sure your logo meets the following criteria: 200x200 pixel max, 30k file max, GIF or JPG format.
- Click on 'Edit Profile and Logo' button in the left-hand menu column.
- Click the wrench icon under the 'Action' column that corresponds to the company profile you wish to edit.
- The logo and company description will drop into view.
- Click 'Change Logo'.
- From here you can choose to upload a new logo or select from your existing logos.
Note: Each company profile is limited to one (1) logo at a time. If you wish to use multiple logos, for different game titles or divisions, you must create a new 'studio profile' for each.
How do I create or update a company profile?
Note: The 'Company Profile' is displayed on the details page of a job posting, and includes the company or brand logo and the company overview. The 'Company Profile' can only be edited by users with 'Account Manager' status.
Create New Profile
- Click on 'Edit Profile and Logo' button in the left-hand menu column.
- Click on the 'Create new company profile' button.
- Fill out the appropriate fields and save your profile.
Edit Existing Profile
- Click on 'Edit Profile and Logo' button in the left-hand menu column.
- Click on the wrench icon under the 'Action' column that corresponds to the company profile you wish to edit.
- The Company Profile with the logo and company description will drop into view.
- Click 'Edit Overview' to update your company description.
- When you're finished save your profile.
How do I edit a live job post?
A live job post is a listing actively running on the Gamasutra job board.
All fields within a job posting can be edited - with the exception of the Position Title, Location and the associated Company Profile. To edit a live job listing, simply:
- Click on 'Repost and Edit Jobs' button in the left-hand menu column.
- You will see a list of all live and expired jobs posted under your account.
- Click on the wrench icon in the 'Action' column next to the job title you wish to edit.
- Update the desired fields and click 'save' at the bottom of the page.
Note: Only the specific user login account who posted the job, and your company's Account Manager has the ability to edit a job listing.
How do I repost an expired job?
- Click on 'Repost and Edit Jobs' button in the left-hand menu column.
- You will see a list of all live and expired jobs posted under your account.
- Click on the 'repost a job' icon in the 'Action' column next to the job title you wish to repost.
- Make any necessary changes to the fields, then click 'save' at the bottom of the page (clicking save does not post your job).
- Clicking save takes you to a page where you can view your posting as it would appear on Gamasutra. You can now post it live, or make additional edits. To post the job live, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Activate and/or cross post job' button. Or to make additional edits, click on the 'make more changes button'.
View, Print or Export our company's job history?
You can now print your company's job posting history or export it into excel, allowing you to keep track of the amounts of jobs, titles and credit types you post on Gamasutra.
- Click on 'Repost and Edit Jobs' button in the left-hand menu column.
- Click 'View / Print Job Activity Report' located directly above your list of jobs.
Purchase job credits?
Purchases between 1-14 job credits must be paid by credit card online. Job posting packages of 15 or more must be done offline through your sales rep and can be invoiced, or paid by credit card.
To purchase 1-14 job credits
- Click the 'Purchase Job Credits' button in the left-hand menu column.
- In the 'Purchase' (Quantity) column, enter the number of credits for each job credit type you wish to purchase (ie. enhanced, standard).
- Click 'Create Order'.
- Review your order and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Enter your credit card details and click 'Proceed to use credit card'
- Review your credit card info and click 'Place order now'
Note: Once your order has been successfully placed the credits will be added to your account. To post a job, click on the 'Create New Job/Search Resumés' button in the left-hand menu column and click the 'Post Job' button next to the job credit type you purchased.

How do I post a GDC Event Job Listing?
U.S. GDC Event Job Boards: Open to exhibitors of GDC SF and Austin. If you
are an exhibitor at one or more of these U.S. events, simply post a job and
it will automatically filter into the appropriate event job board, in
addition to appearing on the main Gamasutra board. Click here to post now.
International GDC Event Job Boards: Open to both exhibitors and
non-exhibitors. If you are exhibiting at GDC Paris or China, simply post a
job and it will automatically filter into the appropriate event job board.
For non-exhibitors, all jobs posted on Gamasutra that are positioned in Asia
will automatically filter into the GDC China Job Board and all jobs that are
positioned in Europe will filter into the Paris GDC Job Board. All event job

What is 'Weekly Refresh' and how does it work?
'Weekly Refresh' gives your job postings the highest visibility by 'refreshing' them to the top of the page, every 7 days during it's 30 day run. With the amount of job listings that get posted on Gamastura every month, 'Weekly Refresh' will help you stand out from the pack.

What is the 'The Enhanced Description'?
The 'Enhanced Description' is the 500 word description (including spaces) that appears on the Job Board Homepage within the shaded text box of an enhanced job post.
Note: Do not include special characters such as trademarks, copyright symbols, or live links within the enhanced description. These can cause formatting problems with the Gamasutra Job Board.
Yes, real time statistics such as the number of times a job post has been viewed can be accessed by:
- Click on 'Repost and Edit Jobs' button in the left-hand menu column.
- You'll see a listing of all the jobs posted under your account.
- Click on the 'View Statistics' icon in the 'Action' column next to the desired job listing.
- You will be redirected to the tracking results page
- Select the time frame you wish to track using the pull-down menu and the page will refresh automatically.
